Church Window Quilt-August 5-Collierville

Level: Advanced Beginner -You have sewing experience, are comfortable using your sewing machine. You are able to use a rotary cutter and mat to cut your fabric. You must be able to sew an accurate, straight ¼” seam.

The Church Window quilt has been hanging in the Sewing House since we opened, and we get so many compliments on it. Customers have been asking for a class to make this striking quilt, and here it is!!  The way it’s constructed gives the appearance of stained-glass with the added bonus of no Y-seams.

In the class, you will learn techniques to make biased piecing fun and accurate. Heather will also teach you tips to accurately sew small pieces. You’ll begin assembling the quilt top in class and will finish the quilt on your own
