Serger Skills - Make a Dolman Sleeve Tunic!

Level:  Beginner/Advanced Beginner

You have sewing experience and are ready to learn new techniques.  You are comfortable with a variety of sewing/quilting techniques, are comfortable using your sewing machine and can consistently stitch a straight seam.

In this class, you will learn to use a serger and a coverstitch machine to make a knit shirt. Every student who enrolls in the class will leave with a knit top by the end of the class and new skills on using a serger and coverstitch machine.

Class requirements: Sergers and Coverstitch machines will be provided by The Sewing House for use in the class.

Knit fabric purchased at The Sewing House in a kit with pattern pieces (two colors to choose from black or steel blue)
