Level: Beginner/ Advanced Beginner- You have some sewing experience, are comfortable using your sewing machine, and can consistently stitch a straight line and 1/4” seam.
Have you wanted to learn how to make a quilt, but never felt comfortable to learn on your own? Or maybe you have tried quilting in the past but want some more guidance on completing a quilt from start to finish? If this sounds like you, this is the class to get started! Come make your very own Star Pop II Quilt with us! In this class, you will learn to cut your fabric, piece together blocks, assemble the quilt top, baste, basic straight line quilting, and binding. You will have homework between classes.
Fabric requirements: purchased at the Sewing House
Baby Size (42” x 52”)
Prints 9 FQs or ¼ yards, OR 21 fat eighths, OR 42 10” Squares
Star Fabric: ⅞ yards
Batting: 51” x 58”
Binding: ½ yard
Square throw (60” x 60”)
Prints: 13 FW or ¼ yards, OR 32 fat eights, OR 64 10” squares
Star Fabric: 1 ¼ yards
Backing: 3 7/8 yards
Binding: ½ yard
