🧵We invite you to serve with us! 🧵Our sewing volunteer outreach has another project we'd love your help with!

✨BINDING VOLUNTEERS NEEDED. CAN YOU HELP?✨
With our local volunteers working to sew for NICU babies, we now have 31 Isolette Covers for LeBonheur Children's Hospital! They're not finished, so we can use your help! Can you please stop by The Sewing House in Collierville to pick up an isolette cover or two to bind? You can use any fabric you have at home for the binding. We have a dozen covers ready for binding right now. 

If you'd like to pick up in Memphis, please call us to request and we can label a bag with your name and cell and make sure it's ready in Memphis for pick up within a day or two.  (901) 316-8783
💖Also, if you have any DARK color solid fabrics to donate, we would love to finish the last 15 isolette covers soon. The NICU teams ask for dark solids on the backing (Black, Navy blue, Hunter green, dark gray, dark brown, etc.) Solids in dark colors do a great job blocking the light from sensitive eyes.
💖Longarm helpers are most welcome, too (or machine quilters)! Once they're done with the longarming, we'll all work on the rest of the binding and get them to LeBonheur.
💖We donated NICU isolette covers in the fall to Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt with the help of our wonderful sewing and quilting volunteers! Let's work together to provide this much needed gift to LeBonheur.
