An angel sleeve bishop bubble is the perfect choice for the hot summer days ahead. Our Celebration bishop bubble is made of 100% cotton floral broadcloth from Fabric Finders. Colorful gingham finishes the neck and edge of the angel sleeve. Included in this kit: DMC floss, twill snap tape, elastic, a cut strip of fabric for the placket , and bias for the neck and underarm. Just trim the bias and placket strip fit your needs. The smocking plate is not included in this kit but is available for purchase separately.
