Learn big stitch hand quilting, basic letter embroidery, and make a zipper pouch in this two session class. Day one will be piecing the front and learning big stitch hand quilting, and day two will be making the pouch. Whether for yourself or as a gift, this is the perfect little project to stitch at your leisure.

In this class, you will learn big stitch hand quilting, letter embroidery, using templates, and machine appliqués.

Level: Adult ADVANCED BEGINNER- You have some sewing/quilting experience. You can consistently sew a straight line and and a 1/4” seam. You must have a mastery of your sewing machine including threading, bobbin winding, changing needle, stitch length adjustment, and changing out presser feet. Being able to use a rotary cutter and mat to cut your fabric is helpful.
