This handy tool, has neckline measurements laid out on a heavy pellon to use for blocking your bishop or ensuring your latest creation has the correct neck opening. Includes neck sizes for preemie/newborns up to adult necklines, as well as, neck measurements for 18" AG dolls. It also has a blocking guide for inserts AND has a scallop tracing guide for hems and collars. The size of the scallops measure from 1" to 4".
