Bishop Construction Class - July 29, 2025 - Collierville

Are you ready to take the next step and learn how to construct a bishop?  For this class, you will need a bishop tied off and blocked to size with a 1/2" seam allowance on both ends.  The bishop does not need to be completely smocked before class but must have a minimum of the top row smocked and top holding row back-smocked.   If you need help or have any questions please call The Sewing House/Lace Cottage and ask for Regina.

Level:  Adult ADVANCED BEGINNER- You have some sewing experience. You can consistently sew a straight line and a 1/4” seam. You must have a mastery of your sewing machine including:  threading, bobbin winding, changing needle, stitch length adjustment, and changing out presser feet.

Class requirements - Bishop pleated, tied off and blocked, Children's Corner Bishop pattern, sewing thread to match.  All purchased from Lace Cottage and The Sewing House.
