Come make the Alpine Bloom or Autumn Alpine sweater with a group of fellow knitters! Both sweaters have a beautiful floral color work pattern and eye-catching neckline, hem, and cuff details.
Please note: There are multiple sizes for both sweaters, and these sizes will determine how much yarn you need. Yarn recommendations are given, but the exact yardage can be found on the pattern pages on Ravelry.
In this class, you will learn how to construct a top-down sweater, knit basic lace stitches, read lace and stranded color work charts, and graft stitches together (Alpine Bloom only).
Level: Advanced—You should have completed multiple projects and be ready to learn lacework, stranded color work, and top-down sweater construction techniques.
Pattern: The pattern you choose should be bought before the class begins and can be found on Ravelry:
Yarn and notion requirements, available at The Sewing House:

- Size US 3 and 4 double pointed needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)

Prep work prior to the first class: Purchase required yarn, knitting needles, stitch markers, darning needle, and the pattern prior to class. Have your yarn wound into a cake if necessary; an employee can help you with that. Choose your size and make a gauge swatch to determine if you need different needles. Come excited to learn!
