Inside Out Star Quilt-September 14-Collierville

This bold and modern take on a classic quilt block makes for a crisp, clean and fun quilt. If you've taken our beginning quilting class or have some quilting experience, this class is for you! You can make a child-sized quilt or add a few more blocks for a lap quilt.

In this class, you’ll learn how to cut fabric according to a pattern, work with half-square triangles, piece accurately, and add sashing. You will have homework between classes. 
Note: You will start the quilt top in this class and will finish the quilt on your own. 

Level: Advanced Beginner-You have some sewing/quilting experience. You can consistently sew a straight line and and an accurate 1/4” seam. You must have a mastery of your sewing machine including threading, bobbin winding, changing needle, stitch length adjustment, and changing out presser feet. You are able to use a rotary cutter and mat to cut your fabric.

Fabric according to the pattern requirements purchased at the Sewing House
