Piper is a fully-lined bubble featuring soft ruffles, perfect for everything from playdates to tea parties. The bodice can be customized with a smocked insert where it gathers on a raised waist. The bubble buttons in the back with a wrap-around facing for a couture finish complete with a continuous bound placket. It features elastic casings at the legs with snaps or buttons at the crotch. Complete the look with an optional sash for an extra touch of sweetness. Smocking Design, Piper's Butterflies, is included.
