The Rag Time Quilt Pattern is a design by Sandy Brawner of Quilt Country. The quilt can be made using 9 or 18 different fabrics from light to dark. Flannels and woven plaids fray nicely and make the best rag quilts. Regular cotton fabrics and batiks may be used but rather than fraying, they make cute little tabs of fabric in the sew allowance.
