Spellbound Quilted Witch Hat-October 2-Collierville

Get into the Halloween spirit with a fun and festive class where you’ll sew your very own quilted witch hat! Choose your favorite spooky fabrics and create a whimsical hat that’s perfect for decorating or wearing all October long.

In this class, you will learn 3D construction with structured materials, bias binding, and using a pattern.

Level: Adult Intermediate- You have quilting experience and have finished at least one project. You can consistently sew a straight line and and a 1/4” seam. You must have a mastery of your sewing machine including threading, bobbin winding, changing needle, stitch length adjustment, and changing out presser feet. You are able to use a rotary cutter and mat to cut your fabric.

Fabric/yarn requirements purchased at the Sewing House:
1.25 yds of fabric for the outside of the hat
1.25 yds for the lining
Extra fat quarter for bias binding on the rim,
Spellbound pattern
18” pack of Soft and Stable
