The Big Giant Quilted Bow-March 3-Collierville

Tuesday, March 3 and 10, 10am to 2pm, Collierville

The Giant Bow class will teach you how to make a beautiful and fun accessory for your front door or any place in your house!! It is a creative way to quilt for any season, and it is reversible.

Students will learn accuracy in piecing, how to make scrappy without going crazy, quilting by machine and finishing the project.

Level: Adult Advanced Beginner: You have some sewing/quilting experience. You can consistently sew a straight line and and a 1/4” seam. You must have a mastery of your sewing machine including threading, bobbin winding, changing needle, stitch length adjustment, and changing out presser feet. You are able to use a rotary cutter and mat to cut your fabric.

Fabric requirements purchased at the Sewing House:
The Big Giant Quilted Bow pattern
Fabric to equal 2 yards (fat quarters are excellent)
2 yards of batting or medium/large batting 
Velcro
